Breakfast
Start your day in Essaouira with our renowned Moroccan breakfast, served on our roof terrace overlooking the bay and the old harbour. Made à la minute by Amina with fresh local products, and served by Fatima who will make sure that everything is to your liking. Make sure to try a berber omelette or fresh goat cheese from the Argan region, both served with our award winning olive oil or Argan oil.
Lunch
Head to our sister property on the countryside, Les Jardins de Villa Maroc, to enjoy a healthy and vegetarian friendly lunch by the swimming pool. The buffet style lunch offers a vast choice of Moroccan salads and vegetables, accompanied by a selection of meats from the grill. Finish with one of our homemade desserts that will indulge your sweet tooth before enjoying the afternoon lounging by our heated swimming pool.
The Bar
The bar serves a selection of wines and spirits by the fireplace in the main bar, or in any salon of your choosing. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day spent strolling through the souk or to meet other guests for an aperitif or a nightcap. Located in the second house of Villa Maroc and managed by Hassan, the bar is also know for harbouring the odd game of chess or scrabble.
Dinner
Our restaurant serves traditional Moroccan cuisine made upon order that you may enjoy in one of our candle light illuminated salons. We propose a daily changing set menu as well as special menus upon request such as Couscous Royal, Lobster dinner, Mechoui or Pigeon Pastilla. We try to accommodate your wishes subject to feasibility so please make sure to speak to a member of the staff for any special requests.
