Everything is homemade! The creative and delicious cuisine of the Villa Maroc, offers sophisticated dishes, with Souiri specialities made with local produce, where fish and argan oil meet in perfect harmony.
Offering our customers originality, comfort and well-being, we have chosen to make small and intimate salons rather than a large impersonal dining room.
Dinners are served in small inter-connecting independent lounges and niches, so ensuring intimacy without feeling cut off from the other guests.

Our Organic products

Competitors are quite right to accuse VILLA Maroc of monopoly. The best guarantee VILLA Maroc offers to its customers is to produce its own organic products of unequalled quality.

All oils produced from Villa Maroc Farms have enjoyed success with our customers and won prizes nationally and internationally.

The refinement of argan and olive oils does not affect their taste or nutritional and therapeutic properties. The magical aroma of our favorite product, argan, will jive and whisk you away.

Passionate to serve our loyal clientele, Villa Maroc has thus created its own brand.

The breakfast

We serve Moroccan specialties made in our kitchen. Bread, butter, honey, homemade jams and yoghurt with seasonal fruits, are accompanied by freshly-squeezed orange juice and a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
Breakfast is served from 8am by your chambermaid either in your room, on the terrace or in one of the salons or patios.

We have a different menu every day, with a choice of fich, meat or vegetarian main course, all Moroccan regional specialties.
Our subtle and refined cuisine combines falvours and aromas from Morocco with European culinary skill.
Cornelia Hendry was inspired by the fine produce available in the markets of Essaouira to create new recipes mixing Moroccan tradition with today’s accent on healthy eating, for a cuisine which is both nutritious and refined.

 Cooking workshop

If you would like to discover and learn the secrets of some of our recipes during your stay in Villa Maroc, we offer a “cooking workshop” (on request only).
