Offering our customers originality, comfort and well-being, we have chosen to make small and intimate salons rather than a large impersonal dining room.
Dinners are served in small inter-connecting independent lounges and niches, so ensuring intimacy without feeling cut off from the other guests.

moroccan breakfast

We serve Moroccan specialties made in our kitchen. Bread, butter, honey, homemade jams and yoghurt with seasonal fruits, are accompanied by freshly-squeezed orange juice and a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
Breakfast is served from 8am by your chambermaid either in your room, on the terrace or in one of the salons or patios.

Dinner

We have a different menu every day, with a choice of fich, meat or vegetarian main course, all Moroccan regional specialties.
Our subtle and refined cuisine combines falvours and aromas from Morocco with European culinary skill.
Cornelia Hendry was inspired by the fine produce available in the markets of Essaouira to create new recipes mixing Moroccan tradition with today's accent on healthy eating, for a cuisine which is both nutritious and refined.

Enthusiasm for this cuisine and the reputation surrounding it encouraged Cornelia to create a very beautiful book of recipes " Villa Maroc Food " revealing a subtle cuisine combining the flavours and perfumes of the Moroccan kitchen with a European art of cooking.
