Enthusiasm for this cuisine and the reputation surrounding it encouraged Cornelia to create a very beautiful book of recipes " Villa Maroc Food " revealing a subtle cuisine combining the flavours and perfumes of the Moroccan kitchen with a European art of cooking. |
